Exterior - Original, good condition, definitely better then average for a 1977 airplane. Allover white with Red and Blue. Recent new windshield. Exterior plastic excellent condition, wing tips, stabilizer caps, etc are all crack free.

Interior - Brand New, signed off with all FAA approved materials. All cracked interior plastic was replaced with new prior to refurbishment. All interior plastic painted gray to match interior. Dark Blue Carpet, Gray vinyl seat trim with Gray fabric inserts. Gray Fabric side panels. Excellent.

Misc. - An Extremely hard to find very low time Aircraft. Has been based in the Chicago area most of its life with the last few years in Central Alabama. Very clean with certainly no corrosion problem. Annual Due Oct. 1st, 2001. IFR certifications due. All compressions very good, engine should go the full 2000 hours. Most recent annual indicates that no metal was found in the oil filter. Aircraft has been on oil analysis and reports indicate that all levels are normal.
